Our story
HiBeats is an app created by Carlota Alcaraz, a Gen Z artist and entrepreneur, who decided to transform the music industry after identifying a major issue while studying in London: existing platforms do not provide enough support or real opportunities for emerging artists. Faced with this reality, Carlota decided to make a change. After finishing her studies, she opened up a company and gave life to HiBeats, which was launched in early 2024.
The app was born with a clear mission: to connect artists and music industry professionals globally, help them find job opportunities faster and increase their brand visibility. HiBeats allows talent to speak for itself, regardless of the origin or number of followers of each user. It is an inclusive platform that levels the playing field for everyone.
Beyond technology, HiBeats is a community led by young people with solid values: equality, inclusion and support for real talent. Here, it's not the numbers that count, it's what you do and how you do it.
